2025 Winter Workouts

Free indoor training to prepare players for the Spring. These are skills and drills based sessions with players grouped by age and skill to work on their fundamentals. Sign up to receive notification of scheduled dates and times and to provide us an indication of player interest.

Divisions are split to keep numbers manageable in the space we have available. The early time division is generally for younger / less skilled players, and the late time division is for older / more skilled players.

Facility costs are covered by our sponsors. Coaching time is by you, our volunteers.
